Help with Computers and Printing

Computer Desk

The Library's Computer Desk offers first-line technical support to students, staff, faculty, and community members. Help is available for computers, printers, copiers, and NVC-supported software. In the event that a technical issue cannot be resolved by the computer desk, it will be forwarded to NVC Information and Communication Technologies or District IT.

Visit the Computer Desk if you need help with:

  • GoPrint (print management system)

  • Printers/Copiers

  • Microsoft Office

  • ACES

  • Internet Issues

  • Wireless Access
