If you are interested in streaming content from Netflix please read their Educational Screening of Documentaries policy.
The NVC Library welcomes Faculty requests for streaming media that supports their curriculum.
Please note, licenses for individuals are not the same as licenses for libraries. Some types of film rights are not available for the library to license. Examples include a film that screened during a recent film festival, currently running TV shows or theater productions, popular movies that just came out on the big screen or content only available through a steaming sites like Netflix or Amazon Prime.
If the library must sign a license with a new vendor it can take up to several weeks for the content to become available.
Faculty can check One Search here to see if the library already has streaming media available for their course.
Faculty can also browse the following library subscriptions for content. If you do not see the film you are looking for please contact the library using the Purchase Request form.
