You must have your Student ID in order to check out Course Reserve materials. Check out this information from Student Life to see how to get your Student ID if you don’t already have one. 

The library does not sell or rent textbooks or course materials.

Course Reserves

What are Course Reserves?

Course reserves are items (textbooks, books, DVDs, articles) instructors leave at the library for students to check-out.  

     The details:

  • Not all textbooks are available as a course reserve. Check our online catalog or stop by the circulation desk to see if your textbook is available.
  • Textbooks/Course Reserves are for use in the library only. A scanner is available for copying.
  • Textbooks will not be loaned out less than 30 minutes before closing.
  • Textbooks must be returned to the circulation desk no later than 15 minutes before closing.
  • Overdue fees are charged for items returned past their due back time.
  • Removing Course Reserves from the library may result in penalties including fines, suspension of borrowing privileges, and student holds.
