We have a large selection of books and DVDs that can be checked out from the library. Our collection can be browsed online at: https://www.alamo.edu/nvc/academics/library/
All Alamo Colleges students, faculty and staff may borrow materials from the NVC Library using their Alamo Colleges ID. Community members and students from other Texas colleges and universities may borrow from the NVC Library as well with a TexShare card.
In addition, Alamo College students can borrow textbooks and use group study rooms.

Patrons can renew library items up to two times. This can be done in three different ways:
Patrons can renew library items at the Circulation Desk in the library. Please bring your Alamo Colleges ID to renew. The library items themselves are not required for renewal.
Patrons can renew their items over the phone. Please call (210) 486-4500 and a library assistant will be able to help you with your request.
Patrons can renew their items online through the library's website: https://www.alamo.edu/nvc/library
In the left column of the webpage, click on 'My Library Account', then log in through your ACES to renew.
