Boolean Operators are three words (AND, OR, NOT) that you can use to combine search terms in a way that will either broaden or narrow a search.
Use AND to narrow a search by connecting two keywords.
Use OR to broaden a search by connecting two similar words.
Use NOT to narrow a search by excluding a keyword.
Example:
medicaid AND Texas
Medicaid OR Title XIX
Medicaid NOT Medicare
"Quotations Marks" can be used to search for exact phrases.
"Medicaid history"
"Medicaid Services"
